BACH LE, DDS, MD

Dr. Bach Le completed his specialty training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Oregon Health

Sciences University and is currently Clinical Associate Professor at the Herman Ostrow School of

Dentistry at USC. Dr. Le has authored over 14 chapters in textbooks on bone regeneration and

dental implants and has published extensively in peer-review journals. He has been an invited

speaker at numerous organizations including the AAOMS, Academy of Osseointegration,

Academy of Prosthodontics, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, American Academy of

Implant Dentistry, American College of Prosthodontists, Greater New York Academy of

Prosthodontists, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Le was inducted as an

Honorary Member of the American College of Prosthodontists and is a recipient of the Charles E.

English Award in Clinical Science. He is a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral &

Maxillofacial Surgeons and holds Fellowship in the American College of Dentists, the International

College of Dentists and the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.

MATTHEW J. FIEN, DDS

Dr. Matthew J. Fien graduated Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, Periodontics at

Nova Southeastern University and is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and

Implant Dentistry. Dr. Fien has completed a number of research projects and has numerous

publications He lectures at Nova Southeastern University nationally on bone grafting techniques

and implant dentistry including “hands-on” guided bone regeneration course. He is an active

member of the AAP, AO, and the Southern Academy of Periodontology and maintains a private

practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, limited to periodontics and Implant Dentistry.

HUSSEIN BASMA, DDS

Dr. Hussein S. Basma received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Damascus University in 2009 with a full scholarship. Dr. Basma completed a residency in Prosthodontics at Lebanese University and received a Certificate in Periodontology and Master of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Dr. Basma is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, lectures nationally and internationally about periodontology and dental implants and is a dental social media influencer. Dr. Basma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontology at UAB. His research and teaching efforts focus on bone augmentation, full-arch rehabilitation, multidisciplinary care, and integration of technology.

DAN CULLUM, DDS

Dr. Dan Cullum completed his DDS with distinction at the University of Alberta, Canada and

residency at Westchester Medical Center, NY. He is a Diplomate of the ABOMS and Visiting

Lecturer at Loma Linda and UCLA, Depts of OMS. He speaks internationally, has published articles

and textbook chapters and was principal contributor and lead editor of the innovative textbook

“Minimally Invasive Dental Implant Surgery.” Dr. Cullum has served in leadership roles at national,

state and local societies. At Implants Northwest (Coeur d’Alene, ID), he practices Oral and

Maxillofacial Surgery focusing on immediate and minimally invasive implant reconstruction. Dr.

Cullum is President of Implants Northwest LIVE Learning Center, emphasizing advanced

techniques for surgeon/ restorative teams using LIVE surgery and “hands-on” application in a small

group environment.
